NOT WORKING HP 250 G5 Motherboard w/ Intel Core i5-6200u incl SATA board

This board failed and was removed from a HP 250 G5, it has no visible blemishes but would not power on.

It has an Intel Core i5-6200 chip and also comes with the SATA connection board and ribbon cable.
