Condition:
This PC is in very good condition, there are no scuffs or scratches to the chassis or lid but there is a hairline crack on the screen which is barely noticable when the machine is powered on, please see photos.

This warranty is from the collection or delivery date.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults with the item not including batteries, physical damage, accidental damage, dc / charge sockets damage, faults caused by accident , misuse , neglect, normal wear and tear and operating issues due to installation of other software, viruses and dead pixels.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, we will not refund you these costs. Please return goods via recorded delivery only. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. Same day collection is available from our store in Telford, however, you will be required to purchase the item through eBay first as per eBay?s policy.
We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions and they require a waiting time of 15 working days for the UK, 28 working days for the EU Please note Saturday and Sunday is not a working day. For other couriers, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any warranty on batteries. Our testes are based on average use and are a guide only and may vary depending in use.
Although we prefer our customers to pay instantly, we do allow 3 days maximum for payment. If payment has not been made within 3 days, an item dispute will be raised and the transaction will be cancelled. At this point, the item will be re-listed. Only in special circumstances will you be able to re-purchase your unit. Please note that paying late for your item may cause a delay in delivery times
Your warranty is with EIS Group only and has to be returned to us for repair. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any costs for any 3rd party repair work undertaken on your item should you wish to have it repaired elsewhere.
We will more than happily send replacement parts to you to save having to send the unit back for repair, however, we will only do so upon receipt of the faulty part. (Buyer responsible for return postage fees of a faulty part under Return To Base warranty agreement.)
